Gregg D. Slemmer has 29 years of criminal trial experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney.
Throughout his career, he has handled over 100 jury trials and served on many high profile cases.
Slemmer defends clients across a spectrum of criminal charges, including high level felonies, in both municipal and state courts.
He was admitted in 1995 to the Ohio State Bar and licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
Education
Gregg Slemmer earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Denver in 1989. In 1995, he graduated cum laude from Capital University. At Capital, Slemmer was a member of The Law Review and a member in the Order of the Curia Honors Society.
Slemmer worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Franklin County, Ohio. While at the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office, he tried numerous cases ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder cases.
Gregg Slemmer then worked at the law firm of Onda, LaBuhn, & Rankin Co., LPA, gaining civil litigation experience.
In 2004, Slemmer opened his own law practice.
